These terms are the agreement between you and Hotlist Jobs when you use our website, dashboard and paid plan. We have kept them readable. If anything is unclear, ask us before you sign up.
By creating an account, or by using hotlist-jobs.com (the “Service”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. “Hotlist”, “we” and “us” mean Hotlist Jobs, which is operated by Optruvian Tech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U62011MH2025PTC452873) with its registered office at Flat No A-504, Gut No 57, Adinath Suvastu, Aurangabad City, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar) - 431001, Maharashtra, India. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old, and able to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
Hotlist Jobs is a job board. We collect open roles from company career pages, keep the fresh ones, and for members we add tools on top: summaries, filters, saved searches (Hotlists), and a match score that ranks roles against your profile.
We are not an employer, a recruiter or a staffing agency, and we are not a party to anything between you and an employer. Pressing “Apply” takes you to the employer's own page. Nothing is sent on your behalf.
We are always improving the Service, so features can change, move between plans, or be retired. We will not remove something you have paid for without a fair remedy.
You can delete your account at any time by writing to us through Help & Support (see section 15).
Hotlist Plus is our paid plan. Its features and price are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout, before you pay.

Who you are buying from. Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle takes your payment, calculates and collects the applicable tax, issues your receipt, and handles refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's own terms, shown at checkout. We never see your card details.
We may introduce other paid plans in future. If we do, they will be described separately and will not change what you have already bought.
Listings come from public employer career pages and other sources. Roles change quickly: a job we show as open can be filled, paused or edited by the employer at any time, and details such as location, pay or visa sponsorship may be out of date or wrong.
Parts of Hotlist use artificial intelligence: for example, the summary of a job posting, the short note on why a role may fit you, and an estimated pay range where the employer did not publish one. Your match score is calculated by our own scoring rules from your profile and the job, and is not an AI opinion.
Your profile, saved jobs, Hotlists and messages to us stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them, and to use the details you provide, only to run the Service for you as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, and do not include other people's private information.
If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Hotlist without owing you anything for them.

The Hotlist name, logo, design, software, scoring methods and the way we organise and present listings belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own job search, on these terms. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything to you.
You can stop using Hotlist, and cancel Plus, whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms, put the Service or other people at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first. If we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
Sections that by their nature should survive ending (such as ownership, disclaimers and limits on liability) will do so.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that the information on it will be complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties.
To the extent the law allows, Hotlist is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost opportunities, lost income, or decisions you make based on a listing, an AI summary or a match score. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you have not paid us.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we cannot sort out a disagreement by talking (please start with the contact form), the courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over it.
Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer that the law of the place where you live does not let us remove, including any right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will change the date at the top, and for a meaningful change we will tell you inside Hotlist before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel and close your account.
