• Usage Data: Anonymized analytics such as pages visited, clicks, and session lengths collected via Google Analytics.

We use the information we collect to run and improve your experience:

• To personalize your job matches and calculate profile match percentages.
• To enable candidate onboarding and verification flows.
• To facilitate local, user-initiated job application tailoring.
• To monitor and analyze trends and usage of the site.

3. Data Processing & Third Parties

We only share information with trusted third-party services necessary to host and run our site:

• Database & Authentication: Managed securely through Supabase.
• Analytics: General anonymized traffic metrics are processed by Google Analytics.
• AI Match Processing: Job data and profile text may be analyzed via secure, enterprise cloud APIs to calculate matching scores and summarize listing criteria. No user-identifiable personal data is shared with external model providers.

4. Data Security & Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to provide you with our services. You can update or delete your profile data at any time by visiting your Profile settings. If you choose to delete your account, your data will be permanently purged from our active databases.
