Visual Designer & Videographer

Were looking for a designer + videographer who has great taste and wants to build something really cool with us. At Monvue, you wont just be making Instagram posts. Youll be working on pretty much everything visual, daily social content, creative ads, product shoots, reels, motion graphics, launches and random ideas we come up with along the way. We want someone who can look at a simple idea and think, How can we make this way cooler Someone who gets fashion, beauty, culture and the internet. Someone who notices good design, saves campaigns on Instagram and has 20 references open at any given time. What youll be doingDesigning our everyday Instagram contentCreating ads that actually make people stop scrollingMaking reels, product videos and motion graphicsComing up with new, unexpected ways to show our productsHelping with shoots and figuring out how to make the content look amazingWorking closely with our marketing and social teamExperimenting with new formats, AI, animation and whatever else makes senseBasically, helping make Monvue look like MonvueWhat were looking forYou dont need to fit into a perfect box. You just need to have really good taste, a strong eye and a lot of ideas. You should be someone who: Loves design and visual storytellingKnows what looks good (and what doesnt)Can work across both static and videoIs comfortable with motion graphics/editingDoesnt need to be told exactly what to doCan move fast and figure things outIs curious and constantly looking for new referencesIsnt afraid to try something a little differentWere a startup, so everyone wears multiple hats. Some days youll be designing a post, some days youll be editing a reel, and some days well be sitting together saying, Okay, this is cool but can we make it even better Were not looking for someone who just wants to execute briefs.
