Role Overview: This position involves delivering an intensive job training program aimed at young adults, combining technical and professional skills development with internship and job placement support. Responsibilities: • Provide classroom instruction in areas such as Banking, IT Support, Application Development, Data Analytics, and Project Management. • Mentor participants, offering personalized coaching and guidance to support career readiness. • Assist participants with resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills. • Coordinate internship placements with leading organizations and ensure participant engagement throughout the program. • Support participants in gaining professional skills and transitioning into employment or further education. Qualifications & Skills: • High school diploma or GED required. • Eligible to work in the U.S. • Motivated to learn technical and professional skills. • No Bachelor's degree required. • Ability to commit to the program schedule. • Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills.
