Senior Product Manager - Packages, Capital One Travel Packages launched last year as Capital One Travel's latest vertical, allowing customers to book flights and hotels together in a single, bundled transaction. It's working, and now we're scaling fast. We’re currently focused on improving the mobile funnel, expanding how we merchandise inventory, adding new products like car rentals and and continuously removing UX friction points. As a Senior Product Manager on the team, you will completely own the consumer-facing side of the funnel. The Role This is a high-cadence execution role on a small, focused team. You'll run your own user research, write SQL to diagnose where to improve the flow, work with design from scratch, and write specs that engineering can actually build from. You'll be setting up A/B experiments, building AI-assisted prototypes, and keeping a close eye on how each ship moves conversion and the Packages P&L. Who You Are • A mobile-native consumer PM: You've shipped transactional or ecommerce experiences on mobile. You have design taste and understand information hierarchy. You don't wait for finished mockups to have opinions on layout and flow. • An execution driver: You ship a lot and you ship fast. Your PRDs are precise enough that engineering doesn't need to come back with a dozen clarifying questions before they start building. • Analytically self-sufficient: You pull your own data. You write SQL queries, design your own experiments, and diagnose funnel problems without handing them to a data team. • An AI-native builder: You use AI tools in your actual workflow and build prototypes using Claude Code and Figma MCP. You can point to things you've shipped because of AI, not just things AI helped you draft. Why This Role? Packages is a self-contained team inside Capital One Travel. You'll have real autonomy over a customer facing funnel and a small enough team and set of stakeholders that you can actually move fast. If you want your product decisions to show up directly in booking numbers, this is where to do it.
