Job Title: Senior AI Agent Developer Location: Pune (Hybrid – 3 days in office) Experience: 8–10 Years Job Description: We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Agent Developer to build, deploy, and optimize production-ready AI agents and GenAI solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent workflows. • Build RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases. • Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications. • Implement tool calling, MCP integrations, and AI orchestration. • Test, monitor, and optimize AI solutions for performance, security, and reliability. • Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions. Required Skills: LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Python, Vector Databases, AI Orchestration Frameworks, API Integration, MCP, and production deployment experience. Knowledge of AWS AgentCore or Microsoft Copilot Studio is preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
