Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for overseeing security guards and ensuring consistent protection of client premises. Daily tasks include scheduling and supervising security staff, conducting briefings, monitoring site activities, and enforcing security policies and procedures. The role involves conducting regular patrols and inspections, managing incident reports, coordinating response to security breaches, and maintaining logs and documentation. The Security Supervisor will interact with clients and visitors, handle customer concerns, and provide clear communication to both the security team and management. This position also includes training new staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and supporting overall operational efficiency at assigned locations. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, shift management, and performance monitoring. • Candidates should possess solid physical security skills, including access control, patrolling, incident handling, and basic emergency response. • Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with staff, clients, and management, both verbally and in writing. • Candidates should possess customer service skills to manage visitor interactions, address concerns professionally, and maintain client satisfaction. • Candidates should possess operations management skills to oversee daily security operations, maintain records, and ensure compliance with site procedures. • Experience in security supervision, facility security, or related roles is preferred. • Ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and respond quickly to incidents. • Basic computer skills for report writing and use of security-related software or systems. • Relevant security or safety certifications and prior experience in Nagpur or similar locations are an advantage.
