As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment. What's in it for you? • Hourly Wage $20 • We invest in you by covering the cost of ongoing training through the GardaWorld Academy • Permanent positions: Monday to Friday - 0800-1600hrs • Career advancement opportunities at GardaWorld • Uniform provided free of charge • Location: Thornhill, ON, CA, L3T 0C4 Responsibilities for Security Guard • Lead a team of on-site security guards • Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team • Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions • Issue and manage access cards • Complete daily reports and incident reports • All other related duties Qualifications for Security Guard • Be authorized to work in Canada • This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last. • Excellent leadership skills • 1 number of years of experience in security and team management • First aid certification mandatory • Hold a valid security license This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.
