Job Title: Remote Product Analyst – Financial Services & Capital Markets Job Type: Contract Job Location: Canada Remote Job Duration: Long Term. Job Summary We are seeking a Business / Product Analyst (Sell-Side) with strong experience in capital markets, trading, and financial technology to support product initiatives for a Digital Integration Hub platform. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering business requirements, defining product enhancements, and working with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions for Trading and Asset Services. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications. • Translate business needs into user stories and product development initiatives. • Support product roadmap, backlog prioritization, and release planning. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and Agile teams. • Analyze trading workflows and identify opportunities for product improvements. • Create documentation including BRDs, user guides, and release notes. Required Skills & Experience • Experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst within capital markets or financial services. • Strong understanding of sell-side trading environments (brokers, dealers, prime services). • Knowledge of trading lifecycle, securities operations, and post-trade processes. • Experience with equities, fixed income, derivatives, OTC markets, or asset servicing. • Strong experience with requirements gathering, Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder management. • Experience with integration platforms or financial technology solutions is preferred. Preferred • Knowledge of IBOR concepts, securities finance, collateral management, and regulatory reporting. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field. #IND2 Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour Experience: • Capital Market/Investment banking/Selling/Trading: 5 years (required) Work Location: Remote
