About this Position What you´ll do • Manage and maintain complex formula portfolio for diverse brands • Fully plan and perform product/data analysis and testing, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations while documenting progress and results • Explore new technology, products, or performance improvement opportunities fueled by your pioneering spirit • Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing • Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies • Collaborate closely with product management, production and sourcing teams to develop new products and nurture current product lines through product optimization • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize processes towards customer requirements
