Logo & Brand Identity Designer – Project-Based Location: Remote Type: Freelance / Project-Based About SOLWICE BUSINESS SERVICES SOLWICE provides managed business-service solutions to startups, solopreneurs and MSMEs. We are building a network of independent experts for project-based client assignments. What You’ll Do • Understand the client’s business, audience and preferences from a brief • Create multiple logo concepts for the client to choose from (2 to 4 options depending on the package) • Customise the selected logo according to client instructions, with a basic or complete level of customisation depending on the package • Develop logos that work across social media, websites, Google Business Profiles and print • Apply the client’s preferred colours, typography and style • Make revisions based on feedback within the agreed number of rounds • Deliver final logo files in the required formats (PNG, JPG, SVG/vector) within agreed timelines Educational Qualification • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field preferred • Relevant certification or equivalent practical experience will also be considered Skills & Requirements • Strong understanding of logo design principles, including simplicity, balance, scalability and memorability • Good knowledge of typography, colour theory and layout • Ability to turn a brief into distinct concepts, not minor variations of one idea • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma or equivalent, with the ability to deliver vector files • Basic understanding of branding and different business types • Ability to make logos that remain clear at small sizes, such as social media profile pictures • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Portfolio Please share 3–5 relevant logo or brand identity projects, showing the concept options and the final logo where possible. Practical Assessment Shortlisted candidates may be given a brief-based task, such as creating 2 logo concepts for a sample business.
