Join Our Team as a Lead Data Analyst II! Are you passionate about leveraging data to support innovative solutions within the government sector? CGS is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Data Analyst II to enhance our litigation discovery processes in the eDiscovery department. Our team is composed of motivated, highly skilled professionals dedicated to solving dynamic government challenges through cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities: • Perform file manipulation, loading, and conversions, alongside quality checks of data loads. • Develop and modify methodologies for effective file handling in conjunction with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products and litigation support applications. • Ensure incoming productions adhere to Electronic Discovery (ESI) specifications. • Conduct advanced tasks for data export from contractor and client databases, including proper redactions and compliance with ESI standards. • Support legal professionals by tracking, processing documents, managing databases, and producing documents for litigation. • Utilize various applications such as Everlaw, Relativity, Eclipse, and more during document handling and processing. • Collaborate closely with attorneys and the Litigation Support Manager to address any deficiencies identified during the review process. • Engage with clients’ Technology Service Centers for outsourced litigation support projects. Qualifications: • Preferred undergraduate degree in computer science or a related field. • Proven knowledge of litigation discovery processes and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). • Familiarity with government IT environments and office automation networks is a plus. • Extensive experience with document processing platforms like LAW, IPRO, and Relativity. • At least two years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery roles, including file processing and data analysis.
