Your new role As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland. You will oversee site safety, schedule management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and daily construction activities while serving as the primary field leader for your project team. Depending on your experience, project assignments may include mission-critical data centers, large-scale base building developments, commercial interiors, or concrete self-performing operations. You will work closely with Project Managers, clients, trade partners, and internal leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards. What you'll need to succeed • Previous Superintendent experience in commercial construction. • Experience managing field operations for ground-up, mission-critical, industrial, data center, commercial, or large-scale construction projects. • Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety practices, subcontractor management, and quality control procedures. • Ability to lead project teams and build strong relationships with clients and trade partners. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel for project assignments when required. • OSHA certifications and construction management education are advantageous but not essential.
