Masrom Global is hiring for Application Engineer About the Company Masrrom Global is hiring an Application Engineer to support the delivery, configuration, and improvement of automation-focused solutions. This opportunity is designed for a fresher with an academic background in engineering preferably - automation, electronics, electrical or mechanical engineering who is eager to build practical expertise in a collaborative engineering environment. Responsibilities • Support application engineering activities for automation systems and related solutions. • Assist with configuration and setup of systems and solutions • Collaborating with operations team as well as customer to ensure correct functioning/working of solutions and providing resolutions in case of issues • Generating and monitoring reports and alerts on failure mode and providing solutions to address failures • Assist with requirements understanding, technical documentation, testing, commissioning, and issue resolution. • Work with engineering and cross-functional teams to configure solutions and improve application performance. • Analyze technical problems, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Follow established quality, safety, and project execution practices while meeting assigned timelines. Requirements • Fresher with a degree or diploma in engineering, preferably with a background in Robotics and Automation Engineering, electronics, mechanical or electrical engineering. • Foundational understanding of automation concepts, engineering drawings, control systems, or industrial applications. • Strong analytical ability, willingness to learn, and clear communication skills. • Ability to work from the Ballari/Bengaluru office on a full-time basis. Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month. This is a full-time opportunity for an entry-level candidate.
