Job Description Job Description Application Developer Content & Courseware Design Job Title: Application Developer Content & Courseware Design Experience: 3+ Years Location: Bangalore Sector: Public Sector Job Overview We are looking for an Application Developer Content & Courseware Design with experience in developing training materials, e-learning content, courseware, or similar learning solutions. The candidate should be comfortable working with training development tools and collaborating directly with clients to understand requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality training content. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop training materials, courseware, e-learning modules, and instructional content based on business and learning requirements. • Create engaging and structured learning content using Articulate 360 or similar training/courseware development tools. • Develop interactive learning modules, presentations, assessments, quizzes, simulations, and other digital learning assets. • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand training objectives and content requirements. • Participate in regular client discussions to review training content, clarify requirements, and incorporate feedback and changes. • Ensure training materials are accurate, consistent, visually appealing, and aligned with defined learning objectives. • Review, update, and maintain existing training content based on changing requirements. • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, developers, and project teams during the content development lifecycle. • Follow defined quality standards, templates, guidelines, and documentation processes. • Manage multiple iterations of training content while meeting project timelines. Mandatory Skills • 3+ years of experience in training material, courseware, e-learning content, instructional content, or a similar content-development role. • Hands-on experience with training/courseware development tools. • Articulate 360 experience is highly preferred. • Experience with any comparable e-learning/content development tool will also be considered. • Strong experience in developing interactive and digital training materials. • Advanced English communication skills Mandatory. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients. • Ability to understand requirements, discuss changes, and incorporate client feedback effectively. Good to Have • Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or other Articulate 360 tools. • Experience creating SCORM/e-learning packages. • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. • Experience with multimedia, animations, voiceovers, simulations, and assessments. • Experience working in public-sector projects or enterprise training programs. • Basic understanding of LMS platforms and digital learning standards.
